Refund policy

We want you to sleep better. If the Night-Reset Kit is not working out, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. How it works: - Email us at kaisaint.biz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. - We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. - Items must be unwashed and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. - Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund in full, no return needed.
